I would like to know if we can use 2 PPK's in such way to measure both direction.
As you can see in the diagram , the current can flow to the battery or can flow from battery to the Keithly.

This haven't been tested AFAIK, but if you're running the PPKs in Ampere Meter mode I don't see why this should be a problem, as the power just goes "through" the PPK to the circuit. Just to be clear, you should test this up against using a single PPK for measurement to confirm the results are as expected.
I assume there also is some device you would be measuring the current draw on here?

The Keithley measures the current.
We just concerned about not damaging the PPK in this configuration.

As long as you don't supply it with currents/voltages outside of the spec, it should do just fine.
