Quick Start can see the board - but says 'Not supported yet'

The label on the PCB is like this.
The firmware drive pops up in an explorer window - I haven't tried to load any code yet.
I have tried several USB leads all the same result.
The host is a NUC PC running Windows 10 Pro
Any ideas??
