nrf5340 DFU working but flutter not

Hello,

Im trying to update the custom nrf5340 board over BLE. I have managed it using nRF Connect and Device Manager. 

I can upload it using nRF Connect, but I need to use Device Manager app to confirm it. It then reboots and new firmware is up. 

But If I use nrf connect flutter example (https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/Flutter-nRF-Connect-Device-Manager) it uploads the firmware, check it as ok, and starts a reboot but it bricks the device and I can only unbrick it by reflashing firmware and --recover

Any similar issue anyone encountered?

    I'm a bit uncertain here, you state in your previous sentence that you used Device Manager successfully?

    Could you also upload any images, device logs and app logs that indicates where and how it crashes?
