Camera Driver OV7670, or something similar

Hi there.

Right now, I'm facing the issue that I want to use the camera OV7670 with the nRF52833.

I don't know how to start or what example I can take as a base to start with this project, and I will appreciate any help, please.

I've already checked that project, and I think it's very useful, but the thing is, for me, I need to use a camera that allows me to configure and transfer the data just with the interface I2C or TWI. Do you have an idea what kind of camera I could use?

Let me tell you that I've been researching some solutions, but so far I haven't been able to find something that accomplishes my requirements.

Hi,

 

Most camera modules use a sort of SPI like interface, and use I2C for configuration. I'm not aware of any modules that exclusively uses I2C/TWI, as the interface itself is then too slow (100 kHz / 400 kHz) as compared to SPI interfaces.

Try contacting the vendor and ask if they have any solutions for your specific requirements.
