Hello,

NB-IoT Dual HARQ and Max TBS size enhancement brought in Rel14 (Cat-NB2): on nRF9160 it was controllable via AT%REL14FEAT, using parameters <NB_dual_harq_support> &  <NB_max_TB_size_support>.

Any equivalent command(s) on nRF9161/51 ?

Hi, 

In nRF9161/51 NB-IoT Dual HARQ and Max TBS size enhancement are supported by default. There are no AT-commands to enable/disable those.
