LTE-M Data Inactivity Timer feature (Rel-14 ; Cf. TS36.321 §5.17 Data inactivity monitoring ; dataInactMon-r14 Info Element sent by UE) is normally supported on the nRF9161/51.

Can you please provide the related AT-command, if any ?

Hello,

In nRF9161/51 the Data Inactivity Timer is supported by default. There is no AT-command needed to enable/disable it.
