I'm afraid that isn't something you'll find publicly available. Our recommendation is to use the matching network found in the reference circuitry and then tune this to obtain both the optimum output power of the fundamental frequencies and suppression of the harmonic frequencies. The antenna can then be tuned towards 50 Ω.
