Appropiate Proxy configuration for installing toolchain manager V1.5.0

I receive the following error message when trying to install the toolchain manager (V 1.5.0) from nrf connect for desktop (V5.0.0):

Error: Failed with exit code 1.
Failed to bootstrap core functionality before executing command.

HTTP request to default bootstrap resource

raw.githubusercontent.com/.../
master/bootstrap.json

failed.

Please check that your internet connection is functioning. If you use a proxy,
please try the --detect-proxy flag or manually set the appropriate HTTP_PROXY-
style environment variable(s).

To use a custom bootstrap config, set NRFUTIL_BOOTSTRAP_CONFIG_URL.
To bootstrap directly from a nrfutil-core package tarball, set
NRFUTIL_BOOTSTRAP_TARBALL_PATH.

Caused by:
0: error sending request for url (raw.githubusercontent.com/.../bootstrap.json): operation timed out
1: operation timed out.

I already reinstalled nrf conect and also  tried to install older versions of toolchain (V1.4.1, V1.4.0) and received the same error message each time. After searching on this forum, I found out that the issue is probably related to my proxy configuration (since I'm working with my office computer, I'm doing it behind a proxy). I also checked the suggestion regarding proxy configuration in the error message above, but I don't know how to do it. Where can I get more information on how to set my proxy configuration in order to succesfully download the Toolchain Manager? My OS is Windows 10.

Thanks on advance,
Rocìo
