I am planning to design a custom board for my battery operated application and for that I need 5GHz Wi-Fi, Ultra lower camera. I need suggestions which camera is compatible with nRF52840 and nRF7002.

The choice for ultra lower power camera is out of support scope. You can check with camera manufacture for this kind of inquiry.

Video streaming is normally power hungry, so you need to carefully design your application when you want to use battery to power it.
