ncs nrfdesktop cant run in my customer borad

Hi

im develop my product base nrfdesktop of ncs,i build the project and program to the nrf52840DK，it can run and perform funcation.but when i program it to my board,it cant work,and if debug it ,my board can run .also i program the hex of nrf5sdk sample,it can run .so if there is some set is not ok?

Is this issue occurring only with the nRF Desktop application, or does it affect all applications? Have you tried any other samples from the SDK on your custom board? If so, how did they perform?

Is there a DC-DC converter present on your custom board? If not, can you check if it is being enabled? Try disabling `CONFIG_BOARD_ENABLE_DCDC`.

as your descp,i set CONFIG_BOARD_ENABLE_DCDC=n，and set CONFIG_BOARD_ENABLE_DCDC_HV=n,also cant work.but iconnect the device to the rtt viewer,it can work,i can see the usb device in my pc.

i also try to program it to my nrf52840 dongle board,afer connect to the pc,it can run well.
