ncs nrfdesktop cant run in my customer borad

Hi

im develop my product base nrfdesktop of ncs,i build the project and program to the nrf52840DK，it can run and perform funcation.but when i program it to my board,it cant work,and if debug it ,my board can run .also i program the hex of nrf5sdk sample,it can run .so if there is some set is not ok?

Have you conducted a hardware review for your custom board? If so, could you please share the ticket number? It's important to ensure that the power supply voltages meet the required specifications. Have you observed any logs or messages from the console when attempting to program the board outside of debug mode? Is this issue specific to a particular application, or have you tried running other applications on your custom board?

i have see nothing log in rtt viewer,and any hex of ncs cant run after program.
