ncs nrfdesktop cant run in my customer borad

Hi

im develop my product base nrfdesktop of ncs,i build the project and program to the nrf52840DK，it can run and perform funcation.but when i program it to my board,it cant work,and if debug it ,my board can run .also i program the hex of nrf5sdk sample,it can run .so if there is some set is not ok?

I recommend opening a private ticket and sharing the hardware files for a thorough hardware review, as screenshots won't be very helpful. A private ticket will remain accessible only to Nordic employees and you, and won't be public. I noticed you have opened another ticket (#32988) with the same issue, and I believe both of these are somewhat hardware-related.
