Nrf Connect for Desktop, Power Profiler app recognizes my PPK II as PPK I

Hi,

I'm working on Power Profiler with PPK2,  I was on version 4.1.1  updated it  to 4.1.2 but then the tool Power Profiler  was recognizing my PPK2 as PPK1.

Then dongrated it to 4.1.1 but still recognize as PPK1, so downgrated to 4.0.0 and still recognize as PPK1.

Same procedure applied to other PPK2 ( used for backup) but still the same issue.

Power profile 3.5.5 is no more supported from Nrf Connect v5.0.1, so I'm stuk and have to keep going with my duty

Could you help me

  • UPATE: Now it works with 4.2.1.

I unplugged all devices connected trough USB (exept mouse and keyboard) and now 4.1.2 recognize my PPK as Version2.

Then I restored my USB configuration and device still working.

Restarted all Nordic applications in order to reply the previous issue but all works fine!!

    Honestly I don't know what happened!Worried

NOTE: Plugged on USB there was Segger J-Link and FTTDI....this is a normal configuration for me and it never give me any trouble
