The RSS of Thread traffic displayed in Wireshark is too high

I am currently writing sniffer firmware to the nRF52840 and am trying to check Thread communication using WireShark.

When I displayed the RSS, I got the value shown in the image below, but it doesn't seem like a realistic value.
Could this be the reason?

Hello,

I believe 127 is a default value used when the RSSI isn't checked. There are a few other cases mentioning this here and there.
