Can TEMP be use for environemnt temperature monitoring?

Hi,

Like in the topic - I wonder, if using internal TEMP for monitoring temperature of environemnt is a good idea? I know it is not accurate nor preciese, but it will be used as POC only. I wonder if TEMP sensor follows more or less temperature of the surrondings.

Hi Michal

I would think it would work fine just as a proof of concept. If you have access to a climate chamber I would suggest you a DK inside and see if it good enough for you test. The sensor should have an accuracy of 0.25%C ref the product specification. You ofc have some heat generated by the mcu itself but I don't think that is a issue as just a PoC
