nrf5340 notify source code.

Hi, 

I have been using nordic nrf5340 in vscode(no sdk). I have taken ble throughput example code. I could able to connect in nrf connect app(phone) and i am able to read and write data. Now i want to add notify property in GATT characteristics. Can you help me with this.
