Hi:

I checked the zephyr.dts file, but I couldn't find the addresses for interrupt-controller(0xe000e100), timer(0xe000e010), and memory(0x20000000) in the nRF9160 Product Specification (nordicsemi.com).

The 0xExxxxxxx stuff is documented in the ARM ARM (ARM architecture reference manual) for the corresponding Cortex-M platform, here it should be ARM-V8M AFAIK. Available on ARM.com website.

Memory is documented: Application core => Memory in the PS.

Memory related information is available in the memory map (chapter 4.2.1) of the nrf9160 product specification.
