Is any of this antennas supportet or certified in Norway ? I know thingy 91 use trio mxtend from Ignion.
But is run mxtend certified or do I need to certify it ? Its for using with nrf9161 and nrf5340

As you can see here, the Thingy:91 is CE-certified.

Have a look at the answer in this ticket regarding the certification of new nRF91 products.
A product containing the nRF5340 will have to get a new certification no matter what. The radio needs a matching network to suppress the harmonic frequencies.
