J Link driver for nRf52840 development not found when connected to the laptop

Hello guys

I'm using nRf52840 development for my project, when trying to connect using a micro USB to the laptop, the J Link drive is not being detected on my laptop(Acer nitro 5) . Also the LED 5 is blinkingly rapidly with LED 1 too. 

Please let me know the solution for the same

Is it a custom board or our DK? If it is custom board, how have you programmed and powered the board?

Is the latest version of nrfjrpog installed on your system? You can recover the board using nrfjprog --recover command.

Trying with different USB cable would be one solution. 

You can let us know the consequence after trying the above-mentioned troubleshooting steps.

It's a board from nordic semiconductors, yes I have downloaded the latest version of the nordic command tools, 

We are powering the board using a micro USB and connecting it to the laptop

We will to connect with new USB cable thanks.
