MCP error master emulator installation not found

Hi,

I am trying to load hex file over the air for nordic but I am getting error as master emulator installation not found. Please suggest. I am using MCP of version 3.10.0.14. Screenshot is as below image description

Check if there is a Master Emulator folder in /Program Files/Nordic Semiconductor. If not uninstall Master Control Panel and then reinstall.
