How long is the validity period of the SIM card that comes with the Thingy:91?

Hi DevZone,

Our developement team had purchased a Nordic Thingy:91 and it came with an iBasis SIM card. 
When we are trying to add that sim card for activation in nRF cloud, it shows the message saying that "iBasis sim card is expired".  

Unfortunately I dont have any information of when Thingy:91 was purchased.

I'm trying to understand the validity period of this iBasis SIM card. Specifically, I would like to know:

1. How long is the validity period of the SIM card that comes with the Thingy:91?
2. How long is the iBasis SIM card valid from the date of activation?
3. Are there any specific terms or conditions that affect the expiration date of the SIM card?
4. Is there a way to check the remaining validity period through an online portal or any other method?
5. Does the 10MB feee plan allow me to use 10MB of data each month, or is it a one-time allocation that doesn't renew after it's used up?

Any detailed information or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Praveen, 

Thanks for reaching us for the questions about iBasis SIM card. Unfortunately, I do not have a answer for the "validity period" questions 1-4. This is my first time heard "iBasis sim card is expired" issue and I would expect iBasis to be valid as long as they still provide this service. 

For the question 5, the 10MB is just one-time allocation, your refill will be the same, they are not monthly subscription. They may have a monthly subscription option if you prefer.
