It was heard that Matter spec v1.3 will allow Matter WiFi device to be commissioned by WiFi directly, but not bluetooth.
Was this information correct?
The advantage to remove bluetooth was to save memory resources of nrf5340 and to save the cost of bluetooth certification.
As below, it said WiFi SoftAP can be a way for Matter commissioning.

As for ncs2.7.0 released note, Matter spec 1.3 is supported. So, was ncs2.7.0 was for WiFi SoftAP commissioning?
Then, any document or example code to explain this method?
