Request for DECT NR+ PHY Firmware

When I flash the card and run it, I encounter the screenshot I shared in the attachment. The error "Modem has crashed, reason 0xfff, PC:0x0" occurs. Can't I send messages using the two devices I have Phy Layer? What do you suggest for a solution?

Did you flash the DECT NR+ modem firmware that you were supposed to get from our sales department first?

And then flashed the DECT NR+ PHY hello sample on the application core?
