I am at my 15th attempt to download the SDK from Vscode Nordic extension. It keeps failing midway, sometimes after 30mins, for various reasons that are probably related to China's firewall. I tried a dozen times with and without VPN. Since the sdk download script doesn't have resume/retry logic, I have to delete the sdk folder each time and start from scratch.
1) Is there a guide somewhere for manually installing SDKs?
2) Can vscode extension team make their install logic idempotent? That would help a lot.
3) anyone had similar issues in china and how did you solve it?
