Hi,
I have ordered custom board based on nRF52840 SoC couple of times from JLCPCB and that included assembling as well. Unfortunately, 90% of the boards had floating aQFN package. I am not that much of expert in soldering components but tried reflowing the chip that helped in reviving some of the floating pins. I need help in reflowing/ re-balling this nRF52840 SoC if someone had done it, obviously. I have necessary set of tools available with me.
If someone could explain/ guide/ tricks regarding soldering this SoC that will be great.
