chip-cert build issue in nrf connect sdk

I am trying to build chip-cert tool with nrf connect SDK. Can you please help me fix this issue:

I followed the instruction given on this link:

with NCS version 2.4.2, we are getting this error:

Hi Bilal,

Both version show different errors. Do you have issues only with these two versions? 

You have followed all the steps before this as per the documentation?

 Priyanka  Hi, Yes I followed all steps and tried with two different versions of NCS but we want to use 2.42 and getting error with this too. Can you please hep us resolve this issue?

Hi Bilal,

Looks like chip-cert might not be supported for Windows and this should be causing your issues. I will anyhow verify this internally and get back to you.
