what's written in 0x0002A000 flash address

I'm using nrf25822, I flashed my firmware using DFU and I discovered the a memory regions starting from 0x0002A000 is written

this memory isn't written when I just use my app and softdevice or when I flash only softdevice and bootlaoder

I'm using sdk 10, softdevice 8

according to Nordic memory mapping (piture), the space between end of app and user data is set to free, so why it's written this is the memory dump of my flash name.txt

It's your updated application which was put there before it was copied down to the correct application location. This is ALL in the "Dual-bank and single-bank updates" section of the documentation where it describes in detail what gets erased and what gets copied to where during the DFU process.
