I am new to this domain. Here is my case:
I am using the Atmel SAMA5D35-EK rev D. board. I was facing JTAG connectivity issues over J-Link. My purpose is to run a GMAC given example to run on NAND flash when booted. First I was loading with J Link commands to DDRAM which is address 0x20000000, then I ping the IP defined in the code : 192.168.1.3, it pinged few times and stopped. After working for few more days I have managed to run it thru NAND on boot but no ping at all. I could see that the module is initialized while cable is connected to the gigabit Ethernet module, but could not get any ping. I was doing this via IAR for compiling and making a .bin file, then loading it thru SAM-BA 2.15.
Now again, went back to load from DDRAM, but no ping at all, and whenever I start J Link, I get an error message regarding IR Length and TDO being constant high. Jtag is not found also SWD is not found. However it can detect the A5 processor.
After checking, and verifying files being loaded onto DDRAM and NAND, both are being loaded, however seems that I can not get a ping whatsoever.
