Advertising address changes after reboot even with CONFIG_BT_PRIVACY set to n when migrating to 2.7.0

When advertising using BLE and using the nordic app, it seems that the advertising address changes after every reboot even with CONFIG_BT_PRIVACY set to n. However, this only happens after migrating from 2.5.0 to 2.7.0, so I am confused as to what issue could cause this to happen.

According to the (https://docs.zephyrproject.org/latest/releases/migration-guide-3.7.html) Zephyr 3.7 change log, it seems that I will now have to turn CONFIG_BT_HCI_VS=Y to use the static address?

Seems that way, yes, and use sdc_hci_cmd_vs_zephyr_read_static_addresses to get the static device address.
