Hi,

Is there a way to use the nRF700x 5.8 solution to access the low level PHY layer such as with the nRF58240 part number.

I would like to use this companion chip for proprietary protocols. I guess that using the low level PHY radio Test just to perform some TX and RX, withou any WiFi MAC restriction, it could be possible but I would like some confirmation before deeper investigation.

Hi

The nRF700x series only support the 802.11 MAC/PHY, so you won't be able to make it run on other 2.4GHz protocols like the 802.15.4, etc. This is not a multiprotocol chip like the nRF5x series.
