Code checker through nrf connect build

Hi,

I have a project with an nrf9160 running zephyr. Can codechecker be set up in the build in nrf connect in vs code so that when a build in vs code is done it runs code checker on only my source files (excluding anything from zephyr)?

I would recommend asking about this on Zephyr's Discord channel, or any forums,githubs,etc directly related to codechecker tool.
