In SDK15.2.0, After DFU, the power consumption abnormal.

We are using the SDK15.2.0, we found after the DFU, the device reset and the consumption is normal first, but after 70+ seconds, the current consumption become abnormal. the device can not step into the sleep.

Hi, this is difficult to debug without knowing anything about your application. Have you tried to upload the new firmware to the device without doing DFU, and check if the current still goes up after 70 seconds? If so, we can rule out that this has anything to do with DFU, and try to see what can cause this in the application.

Ok I understand. I have some questions:

1. After the DFU, it properly boots into the application? And the application is running fine?
2. After the current increases, is the application still running fine, or has it stopped?
3. What happens in the application after 70 seconds?
4. What is the application doing?
5. Why do you think the current is abnormal?
6. What is the expected vs the abnormal current consumption?
7. Do you have any plots of the current consumption?
8. Can you read from the current consumption plot if it happens during the BLE event, or clock calibration, or not related to this?
9. Is this a custom design?
10. Are there any external components that fail to be initialized? Maybe the reset after DFU does not properly reset the external components?
11. Please also describe all the steps you have taken to debug this issue.
