We are looking to use the nrF5340 as a Bluetooth Classic Bridge to Auracast Transmitter.
There are some products on the market that allow you to make a standard bluetooth classic A2DP connection and then this same chip allows for the re-transmission in LE Audio
For example you make a standard bluetooth audio pairing to the device, then it will also allow for BIS or CSB?
BLUETOOTH CONNECTIONLESS SLAVE BROADCAST BURST MODE ( not sure if this is what it is called?)
Basically the topology is that someone with a legacy phone can pair to the speaker, then that speaker can act at the same time in dual mode as a transmitter for Auracast.
Has anyone made a feature work like this on the nrF5340? what is the correct terminology for this type of connection and are there any example code for this type of "Bridged" connection?
