Chip hangs on flash erase

I'm using custom board with 32MHz oscillator and S110 SD 7.1 (SDK 6.1). Somteimes (quite rare) the chip completely hangs when calling sd_flash_erase in pstorage.c. Only hard reset recovers the chip.

Do you have any idea what could cause this?
