PPK2 FAILURE

I think I have a failing PPK2.

I tested it with this circuit.

My DVM shows the correct current flow - 1.48 mA. The PPK2 shows 40 micro Amps.

Note that the battery pack is 4 new Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries - 7.0 Volts.

Am I missing something?

The maximum voltage for the kit is 5.0V so with 7.0V you may very well have toasted the current measurement stage.

So I would suggest to test it with a nRF DK or similar inside voltage/current specification to check if it still works properly. Make sure to enable the measurement with the slider in the top left corner of the GUI. If it works I would check linearity to make sure there weren't any side effects and for the future use it inside the specification (you can find this in the documentation for the kit, docs.nordicsemi.com/.../ppk_power_supply_specs.html).
