regarding the data flow

I need help . i am confused that if we send the audio data then it follow which of the following order  ?   input ->BLOCK ->FRAME->LC3CODEC->SDU->PDU    OR  input->  BLOCK->FRAME->SDU->LC3CODEC->PDU    OR    input->LC3CODEC->BLOCK->FRAME->SDU->PDU. JUST confirm me if need any correction please feel free to tell me .

I'm returning with a more specific answer.

Block and frame quantifies the same data. In the nRF5340 Audio applications, a block is 1ms of PCM samples and a frame is usually 10ms of PCM samples, or 10 blocks.

The rest of the order should be LC3 encode -> SDU -> PDU.
