When I configure the nRF52-DK as an nrf Sniffer device, Wireshark cannot find the nrf Sniffer device.

Try running the command  nrf_sniffer_ble.bat --extcap-interfaces and see if there is any error message. See the screenshot below:

When I use this method(docs.nordicsemi.com/.../installing_nrf_sniffer_capture_tool.html), the nrf sniffer installation is not successful.

but When I use this method(https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fug_sniffer_ble%2FUG%2Fsniffer_ble%2Finstalling_sniffer_plugin.html), the nrf sniffer installation is successful.
