I can't install the power profiler application, I try to install and uninstall it but the error keeps happening

Have you downloaded and installed the latest version of nRF Command Line Tools? What is your J-Link version?

Hi, 

I installed the latest available version of Nordic's applications, but I suspected that the problem was due to the fact that I was using Windows Server 2016 between some driver incompatibility. I couldn't be sure.

I solved the problem by switching to the normal version of Windows, since it would have no impact on product development.
