LLPM on nRF5340

There is this post from three years ago here that mentioned LLPM isn't supported on nRF5340. The answers had mentioned some issues with LLPM on the network core & that the issues are "currently being worked on" and may be resolved eventually. I was wondering if these problems were actually addressed eventually.

Now, it seems that I can't have CONFIG_BT_CTLR_SDC_LLPM=y when using the nRF5340. So, I can't even increase the LLPM connection interval to >= 2000 us, for example.

Was there ever a workaround that was reached, or is LLPM completely out of the question on nRF53?

Hi Malek, 

Unfortunately, it has not been resolved. It's more about the hardware limitation and little has been done on the nRF53 regarding this since the last post.

 
My suggestion is to use the nRF52 for now. We will have the nRF54L/H coming out soon and LLPM will be supported on these platforms (I can't say when).
