I'm currently using nordic's SDK7.1 to open a device, and I want to use features like GPIOTE, but I don't find SDK7.1 to be as good as GPIOTE as the older SDK. Who has a useful routine, thank you!

Hi,
I do not know whether you are developing a BLE solution or not, but if you are, then please note that nRF51 BLE devices are not qualifiable with the SoftDevice used in nRF51 SDK v7.1. If you are developing a BLE device, then you must use a later SDK release. For new projects, we always recommend using the newest supported SDK. For nRF51 that means nRF5 SDK v12.3.0.
Regardless of what device you are developing, please note that nRF51 v7.1 is about ten years old now. There has been multiple SDK releases after that, and those releases have added more features and provide better support for nRF51 SoCs. For any ongoing nRF51 projects, you should therefore use nRF5 SDK v12.3.0. For any old nRF51 projects that are still being worked on, upgrading to a later SDK release is also likely to be a good idea.
For any new projects, you should currently use nRF52 (or nRF53) and nRF Connect SDK.
Please note that the older nRF5 SDK is currently in maintenance mode, and the SDK moving forward is nRF Connect SDK. Please see our nRF Connect SDK and nRF5 SDK statement for details. In short, you should not use the older SDK any more, unless you have very good reasons for doing so.
