Device Manager reports Invalid Image

Hi Everyone

I'm developing a project using NRF52840 , the application needs OTA over BLE . It was working before without no issue , we tested in many devices  and many times . However  Today I try to use Device Manager to update the APP using the OTA , but this time it reports Invalid Image . I couldn't find any information about what could be the cause . 

To make it works I had to enter in advance mode :

1. Read and Erase app

2. Upload the  binary to  App 0

3. Read again and  Confirm 

Why do I need to do this when Image is Invalid ?

and What is the reason that is invalid

Hi Juan, 
Do you have the same issue if you test with very simple image, for example a blinky sample ( with MCUBoot build)? 
It could be long shot but could you try to avoid having the app_update.bin file name with space and ()  ? 
Please reupload the screenshot with the log with better resolution. It's difficult to read the red log.

Hello  Hung , thanks for the suggestions , But I tried with short name without spaces but stoll the same . I zoomed in the image.

Yeah it looks to be something on App Side , Can anybody confirm ?
