DFU over UART doesn't work

I'm working on a custom board that uses an NRF52840, I've followed the Nordic Developer Academy course related to DFU over uart0 (Exercise 1 - DFU over UART - Nordic Developer Academy (nordicsemi.com)) but unforunately this doesn't work, I suppose this is due to some differences with the DK Board. When I try Serial Recovery the loading is stuck at 0%..

I'm newby and I don't know how to solve it,

I have solved the error:  'error: '__device_dts_ord_DT_CHOSEN_zephyr_uart_mcumgr_ORD'  by adding in the dts.overlay ,

now it compiles but it does not work yet.

Use newest available nRF Connect SDK version and Please start your bootloader in debug mode (with a debugger, if you do not have any onboard debuggers) and recreate the stuck state. Pause the debugger to see where it is stuck. Once you know the context of the stuck state, then it will be easier to debug. try changing the uart instance from uart0 to uart1 (just for testing) as mentioned in this thread to see if that helps.
