Segger is not detecting the nrF5280-DK Board

Dear Team,

This is my first embedded project.I am basically from Analog design background.

I connected the nRF52840-DK board as shown below.

I connected the board and went to Build and run ,the below image is obtained.

after that I clicked 'No '  in the Probe selection after that  Segger is hanged.

Used task manager to close segger.

After closing it is not getting open.

I found that the IDE (in my case VS Code with nRF Connect) interfered with J-Link on the initial connection. I closed the IDE and started J-Link as the only application running. When it did this it prompted me to update the nRF52840DK firmware. No problem connecting after that.
