Unable to program board

I'm seeing an issue when trying to program the nRF54H20 board. I have python 3.10.9 installed. Does nrfutil specifically need python 3.9? Any support with this would be appreciated

Ok, after some tumult I was able to get it to build just using v2.7.0 of the SDK and toolchain. Just so you have something to compare with, I was able to copy the Terminal output of the Build process and have attached that here...
