Hi,

All devices in the nRF52 series has a lot in common, but with some diffrences in peripherals, capabilities and memory. You can see an overview here. The main difference between nRF52832 and nRF52833 is that nRF52833 has a radio that also supports 802.15.4 (for Thread and Zigbee), a highe routput power (+8 dBm) and more RAM.
