Can the center and the peripheral run different PHY mode at same time？

If a center role and a peripheral role in one nRF52840 at the same time，can the center role use code PHY and the peripheral role use 1M PHY？Many thanks.

Yes, you can do that. But just to be clear, this does not happen at the same time. The two roles even though working on the same device are using the radio in a time multiplexed way.

yes, you can have concurrent central and peripheral role in the same device each using different PHY in BLE.
