I use the serial port routine SDK17.1, nRF52833 want to burn the protocol stack, s113_nrf52_7.2.0_softdevice. But when I burn it to the chip, the address is 0x1000 and if I use a routine, it's flash_s113_nrf52 7.2.0_softdevice. 0x1c00. So what's going on here?

Hello,

If your application requires Bluetooth support, I recommend starting with one of the Bluetooth examples (e.g., ble_peripheral/ble_app_uart/pca10100/s113). The application needs to be linked to start on top of the Softdevice. Otherwise, the softdevice will be overwritten when you flash the app.

The SoftDevice hex files are located in the nRF5_SDK_17.1.0\components\softdevice\ directory. The hex file must be programmed separately if you are using Keil uVision or IAR, but will be flashed automatically along with the application hex file if you're using Segger embedded studio.
