Hi,Im new to NORDIC, 

I need your guidance to select the product for my application I'm in Automotive industry, looking for ble modules which has 

1.ble 5.4

2.nfc tag

3.memory near MB's

4.Suit for keyless entry application.

can you suggest which module form nrf suits me?.nrf5340 sdks does have functionalities for keyless entry?

This is quite vague, 

Most Nordic MCUs have ble 5.4 and NFC, 

The 53 and some 52 series MCUs have 1MB of internal flash. However, if you require more flash, I would recommend external SPI/QSPI flash as it'll probably be cheaper than upgrading MCUs
