Error in dfu phase

It gives an error while updating with DFU. I am using the internal oscillator in the circuit. When I try it on a card with an external oscillator, the same DFU file works. So the problem is in the internal oscillator settings. In Segger Embedded Studio, I have edited all the clock settings in sdk_config.h according to RC, is there another setting I need to edit?

How have you set the sdk_config.h to use the RC oscillator exactly?

Also, note that in a DFU application, the bootloader and application are separate, so you need to set the RC oscillator to be used in the sdk_config.h file for both your application and bootloader, which is what I'm guessing you're missing here.
