Yes, we have found it, but the confusion arose due to the comparison below of your Bluetooth LE SoCs, where the WLCSP package is not listed in the nRF52820 column.

ThnRf52820 is available in WLCSP package.

This should be a mistake and I will check internally to update it in comparison table.
